I also went to my device manager and it told me there was a problem with the High L505s-s5983 Audio Controller, but it won’t let me fix it and install it I guess. In the File Manager click on one and see if you hear any sound. Once you are in here, search around for anything worded that relates to your USB or audio settings.

I have the same question 2. As a guest, you can browse and auxio the various discussions in the forums, but can not create a new topic or reply to an existing one unless you are logged in.
If the devices are working properly you should see them somewhere in device manager.
Right click the speaker in the system tray. Also check all of your USB ports for damage or shorting pins, visually inspect them. It is possible for the chipsets to fail.

Im all ears maybe there is a motherboard problem. Paste all of the hardware id’s of the devices that have a yellow mark in your next post. If you had a Realtek chipset it would most likely be a HD codec. Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers attempt to trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services.
