Look for Network Adapters. It may even offer you a chipset driver for your motherboard, download and install that FIRST before installing the eithernet drivers. The system cannot find the file specified.

Second, did you make sure you installed pco-e correct drivers that work with that operating sysytem and that device? If the driver is missing there should be an exclamation point icon over the eithernet controllers Icon. I went into the device manager and it says that there are problems with it.

Let me know how this turns out. Go to your start menu, look for Settings. Look for system Icon, double click it.

Windows should now report the device is either installed and ready to use. I’ve forgotten my password. Several functions may not work. Using the site is easy and fun. Install the eithernet drivers and reboot!
